Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mate, the personal AI agent by Kreatix, through its web and mobile apps and Telegram or WhatsApp connections. Using Mate constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Your account
- You are responsible for protecting your password and passkeys and for activity carried out through your account.
- Account details must be accurate. Creating accounts to evade usage limits or suspensions is prohibited.
What Mate does
Mate can research information, execute code and commands, work with files, schedule tasks and use connected tools. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for ensuring that requested actions are authorized.
AI-generated responses and results may contain errors. Review important information before relying on it, particularly in medical, legal, financial or safety matters.
Acceptable use
You must not use Mate to:
- Violate the law or others’ rights, including copyright and privacy.
- Attack, scan or access systems without ownership or permission to test them.
- Distribute spam, phishing or malware, or scrape services in breach of their terms.
- Create content that sexually exploits minors, harasses people or threatens them.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run abusive workloads.
- Circumvent usage limits or security controls, or access other users’ data.
Limits and availability
Usage limits apply to message rates, tokens and computing resources, including a 50 GB Storage quota. Limits may change. Mate is provided as is; availability is not guaranteed, and features may change or be withdrawn.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs Mate creates for you. You authorize Kreatix to store and process that content only to provide Mate, as described in the Privacy Policy. Maintain separate copies of important material.
Third-party services
External websites, tools and MCP services are subject to their own terms. Kreatix is not responsible for those services.
Suspension and ending
You may stop using Mate and request account deletion at any time. Kreatix may restrict, suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mate is provided without warranties of any kind. Kreatix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from use of Mate, or for actions taken on your instructions. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
Updates to these terms are reflected in the effective date above. Significant changes will be communicated in Mate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
